After 2 years off, I have started playing Halo again. It has been fun and frustrating at the same time. What do I mean?.....

Well I have been playing Halo 2 on Xbox Connect in anticipation of the november release. Surprisingly the connections have been really good and that part of it has made playing H2 fun again, BUT it is a struggle to find games, some nights are better than others and after an hour of only playing a handful of games I tend to bounce out and back to XBL

Halo 3 while still fun has probably thee worst connections now, espcially in the MLG playlist, I cant even believe the amount of cheaters in Halo 3, I feel like im playing halo 2 back when it was on live. Just last week I got DDOS'd, lagged out 8 times and faced off against modders who were flying around with autoaim snipers. Of course all of this fun was in the MLG playlist, from what ive been reading its wide spread in team slayer and mlg playlist at high ranks. It make playing customs a must , the only problem is no one really plays halo 3 anymore.

Halo 4 has been fun, the connections for the most part are really good, the playlists are kind of boring but what are you gonna do. This is the first time i have played halo 4 and just some thought i have on the game itself compared to other halo's. 1st, its 1000 times better than reach, id rather play minecraft than reach. Map wise as far as team slayer goes, the maps are ok, they have lockout or their version of lockout which we vote for almost everytime, there are a couple more i like to, but hell if i can remember their names. I like maps that promote team shooting, not chaos. The weapons, well i dont really have a ton to say about the weapons in Halo 4, the battle rifle feels solid, the dmr feels slow but accurate, the shotgun and scattershot seem way over powered, the sword is garbage as far as the lock on but turns into people sprinting around with it, the sniper seems ok, I feel the the saw is out of places, makes me feel like im playing cod, it just doesnt feel like a halo weapon and not to mention its really op, i mean my first game in halo 4 I got this drop thing with the saw and got a kill frenzy and 2 triple kills. Im not a fan of the sound of the weapons, the snipe, br, dmr sound like little paintball guns and makes it hard to tell the difference when someone is sniping. most of my complaints tho are tiny, im really only playing h4 till november anyway, so its all just grinding till then.
