Despicable Me 2

Ms. Plato and I went to go see this last Friday when it opened.  It was a fun romp; I love the minions.  I could minions in just about anything and laugh.

As a sequel, I think it was done pretty well.  Nice to see that the "good guys" weren't normal comic-booky or cartoony good guys.  Granted, the plot was pretty predictable, but it's a cartoon, what'd'ya expect?

After the credits there are some funny clips of the minions that end about half-way through.  Normally, Ms. Plato would insist we stay to the end just to make sure (yeah, thanks for that, Marvel) but we went to the 10:10pm showing to avoid children at our movie, the urge to sleep made her drop the habit.

If you enjoyed the first one, you'll likely enjoy this one as well.  Five minions out of five.
