Looking forward to it. Wasn't mentioned in either video, but, from following Sutter and Joel McHale on twitter, it sounds like McHale will be guest starring at some point, too? Possibly as a love interest for Sutter's wife Katey Sagal's character?

There was a new TV spot that was all in slow motion, and showed Gemma on a bridge, and (jax?)someone riding toward her, then skidding out and going over the edge of the bridge!?!?

That was in one of the first video releases. I'm pretty sure that was more of a symbolic thing. The struggle between Tara and Gemma over Jax, and it causing his downfall

Is the guy with the prosthetic leg supposed to be a call back or is this just setting up a future reveal?

That was... uncomfortable. I kept thinking, "Well, she'll be okay, they couldn't show that on tv."

They showed Jimmy Smits and Peggy Bundy getting it on at the beginning of the show.  I kind of figured that all bets were off after that point.

man, for a character that just got introduced to the show, Pope is one badazz mofo you don't want to mess with. I do not seeing this season going very far before we see a major character get whacked.  that scene with Tig's daughter was brutal.

They were talking about a main charater being killed off this past week. When I heard that I just knew it was going to be Opie.... just by the way he came in to protect Jax after being so pissed with the club

And that head guard is so fucked

That goes down as one of my favorite episodes. I think this is when we see Jax turn and cause a shit storm. He is going to do whatever to get revenge and to get out of the MC

Same here, Opie would be the most shocking death.  And  I can't wait to see the head guard and Pope get what's coming.

BTW, Gemma can kick some ass!

Anyone else feel like they might be done with this show? I mean, I'll still watch, because of that fear that I'll miss something good, but, to quote the late Opie, "It's just not fun anymore". The show has always been pretty raw with the violence, I know. Still can't shake Tig's daughter burning up, and I could feel that pipe hitting the back of Opie's head.

Maybe Sutter himself is tired of the show, too? Maybe he's looking at what other irons he can put into other pots. That line from Opie seemed like it oculd have been a message from Sutter, and, he's already written himself out of the show.

Yeah, in a couple more seasons. Sutter has said he wants to do 7 seasons (like The Shield)

I don't know.  Opie's character didn't make sense to me.  They killed his wife, and he accepted it.  Then they killed his dad, and he's still around the club.  I always found both of those issues just odd.

Heres an article with comments from Sutter on why it 'had' to happen

Completely.  Judging from some of the messages Kurt Sutter's blog, Johnny Lewis had some issues for awhile.

From Blog:

"not sure if folks know this yet, but johnny lewis (halfsack) died last night. the sad irony of it happening two days after opie's death is not lost on me. it was a tragic end for an extremely talented guy, who unfortunately had lost his way. i wish i could say that i was shocked by the events last night, but i was not. i am deeply sorry that an innocent life had to be thrown into his destructive path. yes, it's day or mourning, but it's also a day of awareness and gratitude. sadly, some of us carry the message by dying."

Yes, that was Justified's own Walter Goggins as the transvestite in tonight's episode, for anyone wondering. Him kissing Jax was improvised.

He'll always be Detective Shane Vendrell to me 106

I love that a bunch of Shield guys make their way into SoA. There's been Dutch, Ronnie, Lem, Aceveda, and now Shane
