2old2play Interviews Danny Trejo

With roles in over 30 films and voice-over appearances in games such as Fallout, New Vegas, Danny Trejo is a pop-culture icon. Waterborn recently sat down with Danny to talk about fan feedback on his role in the Sons of Anarchy, his newly released film, Sushi Girl and how his rough and tumble past drives his efforts to give back to the community at large.

During the Rock & Shock Horror & Film Festival this past October, 2old2play New England Correspondent, Dane Tullock (aka Waterborn) had the opportunity to sit down with the one and only Danny Trejo for the latest installment of the 2old2play Pop Culture Series.

With roles in over 30 films, including The Rock, From Dusk Till Dawn, Machete, Spy Kids & Bad Ass and frequent featured cameos in TV shows such as Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy, Danny is literally one of the hardest working men in show business (he currently has over 25 project in pre or post production). Waterborn talked with Danny about his voice-over work for video games (Raul the Ghoul - Fallout, New Vegas), his latest film role in Sushi Girl (which just had its World Premier at Grauman's Chinese Theater as the result of a fan driven Kickstarter campaign - http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sushigirl/sushi-girl-world-premiere?...) and the importance of having a positive impact on his fans.
