I was going to add some cynical or funny prose to these pictures, however, I think there is no need for it... The actual titles to them are posted underneath. I don't know if the guy who created them is serious or not.

What difference does it make, in terms of concrete choices? Would you suddenly stop trying to be a good person if it were revealed that there is no God? Would you suddenly become an altruist if you learned there was? What's right is right, whether or not God exists, and the qualities that make a good person are widely agreed upon in any case. Is there any reason to care, aside from pure curiosity?

The term "man hole" just seems wrong... I hear beavis and butthead in my mind saying "...heh, heh - he said man-hole..."
Anyway - it seems that stealing copper piping and brass fixtures aren't enough for some people in my town, now they going for the man-hole covers in the street.
My question is - who would by these things? They clearly say where they are from and if you can't recognize a city-owned man-hole cover, you're an idiot...
I consider myself rather lucky - as I live 2 blocks away from a marina and newly remodeled downtown area. This town is really trying to bring it back, so to speak. I live in Pittsburg, CA, and back in the day (1970s) it was THE place for blues in the west, aside from Oaktown.
I saw the last blues bar downtown demolished 6 months ago, however, it hadn't been used for over 20 years.

Today seemed like a good day to remind myself that I am not with the times. I look at fantastic photography web sites with colorful pictures, and most of the time my monitor shows them too dark to enjoy. It's also a pain because I can't see most of the vids on the site cuz they're too dark... whaaaa! I know -
