Untitled

As some of you may know, when I was younger I thought of myself as a photographer... here's a picture I recently re-discovered.  I was going to explain the situation and such, but I'll just leave it to the imagination... comments are welcome and if you want to bookmark, please do...

Loss for Words...

So if anybody has been reading my blogs, you may know my fiance and I are foster parents. Today we said goodbye to Joseph. It was a little weird. I have seen his mom when we have exchanged Joseph for visits, but today was different. My head was full of all sorts of things I could say, but mostly I was a little sad about having him leave. I didn't want to put my foot in my mouth and accidently say the wrong thing to the mom, I mean, we only know each other because the county took her children away, so I feel that saying something like "Good job on getting your kids back" would be weird.

Crackdown Music

Crackdown has a soundtrack of original music by bands I have never heard of, this could've meant that I hated all the songs and wished they would go away, however, there is an upside to this.  When you play in Los Muertos, 99% of the music that starts playing when you get into a car is Latino and rocks!

Here's a link of one of the bands - it is a semi-translated page and includes the discography... the music from Crackdown seems to be mostly from the album Apocolypshit.

$240 worth of pudding

MTV had a show called "the state"... My favorite skit was a guy named Doug who used to say "I'm Doug and you're not... and I am outta heeeeere"

However, since I cannot find Doug, I give you pudding...

Also - maybe Reno 911 - Miami (the movie) could have a few funny moments...

Love at first site

Last night I heard something on the radio which caught my attention.  It was a guy on the Coast-to-Coast AM show talking about love at first site.  It got me thinking - is there such a thing?

Mulling it over in my head I came up with some conclusions.  First, I have never had love at first site, as I believe it is impossible to fall in love and stay with one person from just seeing them.  Sure, I've seen women that I find attractive, but how can you match all the aspects of human need, which is needed to maintain a relationship, from just a look at another person?
