It might not help with the medication, but if they feel like taking a trip somewhere, bringing family to see them, hopefully this will help.

Customers, always wanting something for nothing.  And they want to make sure I do EVERYTHING right.  Even if they have no idea how to do it.  Back off before I step on you.
