When an interviewer insists upon asking questions that happen to be illegal to ask prospective employees?

Such as:

"Do you need insurance for your family or would it be you alone?"  really means "Do you have children?"

"Do you have reliable childcare for your children?"  really means "Do you have children?"

"Does your husband work?" really means "Are you married?"

So, since we are broke and Sicrik REALLY needs this game we traded in about 6 other games and after paying for TFU came out with an extra 15 bucks, w00t!!  Halo 3 was NOT included in this trade for those concerned.  I would never allow for that to happen, lol.  In any case, I have now been informed that I will be going to Game Stop at midnight tonight to get it.  I was looking into the game and quickly became disappointed that there isn't any online multiplayer action in this game (for the 360 or PS3).  Why do they do that?  I pretty much despise single player games but would love to play m
