lets see, i got there thursday about 2 ish, and there was a huge group outside drinking beers. i walked by them and into the lobby waiting for mr white to call or for normal guy to call. finally normal calls and i meet him and sparhawk. what a relief. i knew a lot of the people there were 2o2p members, but normal helped break the ice. then it was all down hill from there. i ran into pearly and jeepy after that, and then hit the bar and met a whole shit ton of people. everyone was to much fun ad nice, so when friday came i felt really comfortable just talking to anyone about anything. it was probably the best time i had in yrs. i could probably go on for hours about all the people i met, all the stuff we did, drank. cant wait to do it all again

Well, specifically for J-Cat, I would tell her not to bring her daughter!!! :) I guess that goes for anyone with a kid under age 18 or so...

My first LAN was last year, and, like Caesar, it was the best time I had had in forever. The first two people I saw were doodi and dsmooth in the lobby trying to greet people. I knew who they were cuz they spoke the language "F" this and "F" that, which is the primary word heard at the lan. I was shy and did not say anything to them. But, as people started coming, so many knew me, but I didn't know them. I heard "hey pearly" an awful lot, and it was nice. The Thursday night party was a blast, and I got to sit on Mike James lap, and hug anybody that wanted one. It only got better from there.
