Today is epic, my friends. I've been walking around with a snippet of a song in my head now for over a DECADE, and I finally stumbled across its' source on the Internet today. CRAZY! The song is called "Do Anything" by Natural Selection which was the group's only hit in 1991. It made it somewhat big for a few weeks on the radio, and I remember remarking how much it sounded like Prince back in the day. Probably will drive you crazy to hear it now, but here it is in all its guilty pleasure glory.

I realized after posting the Video Power clip yesterday that I really DID want to be the kid winning the Neo Geo in the bonus round.  I remember seeing it in Babbages in Eastland Mall (Charlotte, NC - my hangout) and literally DROOLING, standing there looking at it and the games.  I loved the cabinets in the arcades and couldn't imagine what it would be like to actually play those games at home.  The sad part was that is cost something like $600 and the games were $100-200 a pop or something insane like that.  The packaging for the console and the games were all excessive too, HUGE boxes th
