A Thank You

I am so pleased with my experiences with this site.  I just needed to say that.  I have met some very cool people.  I have made some good friends in just a short amount of time.  I've said some stupid things and people have overlooked it.  I've made some bonehead moves in game and you just laugh about it.  I've gotten to learn so much about the video game I love to play, including how to be better at it.  My f/l has gone from 13 to 91.  I have certainly met some interesting characters.  I am continually entertained by some of the posts in the forums as well as some of the things talked about in match lobbies.  And most importantly, I have been inspired.

There is a certain member of this site, who is also in my clan, that is a true inspiration to me.  I will not mention his name so as not to embarrass him.  I've only had the opportunity to play with him maybe once a week or so, but I enjoy each chance I get.  What is so great is that I am certain he does not even realize how great an inspiration he is to me, or others for that matter.  He'll probably even read this and not realize I am talking about him.  He just is who, and how, he is, and he is a good person. 

I won't go into details, because you will figure it out.  But, I want to be more like this person each and every day.  He is what all of us should aspire to be.

So thank you.  Thanks to Doodi and Dsmooth and all the mods, etc. that keep this ball rollin.  Thanks to Stang and Payback and all the CO's for the Duty.  Thanks to all my Duty mates that make a great video game even better.  And especially, thank you to this unnamed person.  You inspire me to do and be better.  I know God smiles on you and he will bless you.







And yes, I know.  I went all ghey in this post.  I might even admit I have a bit of a mancrush.
