Football!!

College football starts in about 3 weeks.  I am back to being a full-fledged, unashamed Auburn fan, especially now that a significant portion of my salary goes to the school and surroinding area.  Moved my son up there last Friday, he's pledging a fraternity and everything.  Anyway, it looks like the best Auburn can do this year is 7 and 5.  As favorably as the schedule set up last year, all those home games against tough opponents last year means playing at their house this year.  Between that, losing all those players to the NFL, and the fact that everybody knows what Gus Malzahn is all about is going to make even a break even season tough, much less a winning season.

Still playing Blops almost every night.  Although, since my son took his tv with him, been having to play on a 25" tv instead of the 37".  Makes aiming tough, going to take a couple of weeks to get used to it.  Happily, the group I normally play with don't mind carrying me for a while, although the teasing is kind of hard to take.
