For example, the Kindle is no longer showing up, ditto Epic Mickey. I'm sure if I switch my view to 'purchased', they'd be there. So, I know that 2 cats have gotten me two presents off of my wish list.
I remember the Christmas of 1979, through snooping, I found that we were getting an Atari. I poked little holes in the wrapping paper to look at some of the screen shots on the box. Is merely viewing my wishlist the same as being an impatient kid? Is it an unfortunate byproduct of the digital age? Should I impose some sort of manual workaround during holiday shopping months where I don't look at the wishlist? That seems a valid course of action, but what about when I just want to go in and add comments or maybe take something off?
I guess the question at hand is: "Are you a douchebag for digitally 'snooping' your Amazon wishlist to see what folks are buying for you?"
