Miscellany for a sick day

I took the lady and the kids up to Gatlinburg, TN this weekend.  We rented a nice cabin in the mountains, and they went off and did their cub scout thing.  It was cold and rainy, but it was generally an enjoyable time - except for the kids getting scared in the Ripley's haunted house.

The cabin had no wi-fi.  I don't quite know what to make of this.  Was it good to be nearly disconnected with the world, or was it bad?  I had edge on the iPhone, but that was horribly slow.

Today, I'm sick as a dog.  Not fun.  The lady is sick as well, but she seems to have it way worse than I do.  The kids are fine.  Yay?

I've been playing Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars since it came out.  I don't know what it is, but after Lego Indy 2, the games just seem to be flat.  I didn't like Harry Potter, and Star Wars 3 is a bore-fest.  I should go back to Dragon Age 2 I suppose.  I also need to play Homefront.

Tomorrow, WWE All Stars and Tiger Woods 12 come out.  Unfortunately, I won't get TW12 for a few more days as it's not eligible for release date delivery.  I'm looking forward to WWE All Stars though.  I think it's got the potential to be a fun wrestling game - and maybe, even a nod to the old WWF Superstars arcade game.  I haven't gotten much into Smackdown vs. Raw 2011.  Maybe I should change my strategy on WWE games to alternate releases.

On Wednesday, the 3DS will be arriving.  Will this be good commute fun, or will it grow old quick?
