Playstation Move First Impressions

I had preordered the Move from Amazon, not quite sure why.  Well, it arrived today, so on the way home from work, I decided I'd go to Best Buy and check it out.  First off, Best Buy was totally unprepared.  They had Lord of the Rings and Ruse, but no other Move games out.  I asked them, as they had a little demo unit up, and the guy eagerly put Sports Champions in my face. It took me by surprise, as he was beaming like he was holding up the baby Jeebus himself.  I didn't mean to, but I said, "I don't want that crap, where are the other games".  He said that's all they had.  I said I wanted EyePet (I fully expect it to suck, but can't resist).  He had no idea what I was talking about, so I kept saying Eye Pet.  He actually went and brought me an iPad!  No joke.  I pull up my iPhone, and show him EyePet - and that it says they have it.  He doesn't know shit about it, despite telling people how good PS Move is.  At that point, I'm aggravated, so I grab Aragorn's Quest and hit the checkout.

Get home, get it all set up, and boy oh boy.  The control is okay, but not much better than the Wii or Wii Motion Plus.  The game?  Sucks balls.  Balls I tell you.  It's freakin' awful.  The graphics suck, the gameplay sucks.  I suppose I could see if Heavy Rain is updated to use it, but truthfully, I've already fired up my 360 and will play something, anything, to get my mind off of this.

After my first pass, I'm seriously considering preordering Kinect, just to thumb my nose at Sony for wasting my time.
