I suspect given the quality of opponent and it being a weeknight game, the stadium will be mostly empty by halftime. There are two interesting subplots to this game, first Bill Curry makes his return to Bryant Denny Stadium. I would hope the Alabama faithful give him a warm reception and let bygones be bygones. Sure, the guy tanked the 89 season against Auburn and Miami, and was never a good fit at the Capstone, but that was 21 years ago. He's a former Bama coach, didn't get us into trouble, and did his best. Sure, we can make fun of him here and there, but no need to make a big deal of it. The second subplot is the return of QB Star Jackson to Bryant Denny. He was a highly sought after recruit who never really panned out. As he was not getting any playing time, he decided to transfer to Georgia State. Funny thing is, he's playing the third string there as well. Oh well, Bama will win by a lot.
I'm going to have to record the game and watch later, as tonight is the Roger Waters concert. Seems like I bought the tickets ages ago. It will be good to see him live again, and I'm looking forward to the Wall in it's entirety. I'm a little cheesed that it's only the Wall, and no encore, but it is what it is.
I'm just not grasping combat in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. The other 2 games didn't give me much trouble, but it's just not fun for me in this one. I may give it another shot before abandoning the game.
