Tiring weekend...

Took a little jaunt up to North Georgia on Sunday morning - did some zip lining through the forest.  It was a blast.  I thought I'd be a bit hesitant, but found myself just jumping off and trying little tricks here and there.  http://northgeorgiacanopytours.com/ if you're interested.  If any of you ever find yourself in mid to north Georgia, I would highly recommend this.  I really want to find out if they will allow someone in a sith costume to do this.

They're not too tech saavy though.  My girl ordered some photos on a USB drive, and they only gave us the shortcuts, not the actual pictures.  So, we get back, and she's doing her picture thing and finds this - needless to say, she was foaming at the mouth.  She called to see if they could email or put the pictures on my FTP site, but then they couldn't find them.  Personally, I don't understand the need for photos, but oh well.

College football is nearly upon us.  I need to get my thoughts together and put them down.  Yeah, I'm expecting good things out of Alabama, but it's unreasonable to expect another perfect season or even regular season.  I'll expand upon this a bit later.

So I don't really watch too much tv these days, but I have 2 guilty pleasure shows:  Big Brother and Pawn Stars.  I'm just about done with Big Brother.  They got rid of the best guy, Matt, and now, it looks like my second choice, Ragan, is about to be evicted.  Enzo is a waste.  Dude things he runs the show and he hasn't won shit.  I'm so sick and tired of his wannabe mafioso thing.  Hayden is an asshole.  Him taking the money and trip to Hawaii in the POV competition was way dickin'.  I like Britney, she can be delightfully evil in the DR, but she's letting Lane run her game.  C'mon girl, grow a pair and do what you think is best for you.  I was also thoroughly disappointed that this huge "Razorback Fan" didn't know that the football season starts this weekend, not last weekend, and that their third game is not at home, but in Athens against UGA.  For shame.  And Lane, he's personable and funny at times, but again, the guy hasn't won anything, dicked over Matt and is propping Hayden up.  His entire game has been riding Matt and Britney's coattails, and he completely screwed Matt over.  I hate Hayden, Enzo and Lane so much that I would have even considered Brendon over them, and he's a whiny, oversensitive douche.  So, I will watch this Thursday, and if Ragan is indeed evicted, will stop watching. 

Timmy woke up at around 3 for a bathroom break, and after he finished up, wanted to play.  Missed out on some sleep.  Had a catnap on the train this morning.

Georgia Public Broadcasting had a cool 2 hour show on Dragon*Con this weekend.  I found it with only 45 minutes left, so hoping I can catch it again.  With the Con starting this Friday, I have a lot of work to do if I want to take off a day and hit it.   I have to miss Saturday for football, but Friday, Sunday and Monday should be plenty.

Got Toy Story 3 from Gamefly.  I've heard good things about this game.  It is well done for a kid movie adaptation.  However, it can really be infuriating at times.  When it works, it works very well, when it doesn't, it makes me want to break the disc over my knee.  One of my friends figured I'd tap out before 140 achievement points.  Happily, I'm beyond that.  Don't know if I'll try to 1000 it.

Metroid: Other M comes out tomorrow.  I really want to get it, but I still haven't even opened Super Mario Galaxy 2, New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Metroid Prime Trilogy.  What to do?
