Huffers… Yeah I was late to work today because three homeless guys got on the train. Turns out they were gasoline huffers and well, were redolent with the smell of gas. Of course in the shuffle of everyone getting on downtown, nobody noticed until we were moving. Then the smell hits you. You are in a confined space and the fumes are filling up the train car pretty quickly. Fun.... The train reached the next stop; about five people had hit the trouble alarms in the cars to alert the driver. Once she showed up the huffers left quietly. We all moved to a different car. End of story.

Our new furnace works great, to good maybe. Might have to get the fan speed adjusted, it feels like being in a wind tunnel when they come on. The cats love it. The moment it kicks in they go into duck and cover mode. It’s like watching the Keystone Cops doing air raid drills.
