Ughhh

  Ughhh If anyone thinks Dilbert is just a comic strip by Scott Adams, is wrong. It is a documentary on life inside the corporation. I live it on a daily basis. I work alone in an office, yet the terrible arms of head office reach me 3700km away. For you imperial users that’s about 2299miles. Head office is a bewilderment of confusion and misdirection.

My wife Jenn,  and I got to pick up our subpoenas. I was jumped by two friendly chaps while waiting at a train station for my wife one sunny evening in downtown Calgary. They came up to me from behind, started yelling and proceeded to deliver a series of blows to my head. This has an immediate effect of rendering you very confused. I got 6 stitches out of the deal. Being a generous kind of guy I returned the favor. This on top of Jenn’s timely arrival and intervention made them stop and run off. But the police actually caught them. How, by following the trail of blood they left from the reciprocated love I gave them. This happened in April, and we get to go to court in November. Justice moves swiftly. I have never been in court before and I am looking forward to it. I am curious as to what the defense is for random acts of violence.

 

Life on the whole though is good, another long weekend coming up.
