Texas Heat

So me and the guys started playing Texas Heat last night.  Its buggy as fuck by the way.  It works well sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.  When it does manage to work as intended it works awesome.  I really wish it would figure out how to get more real players at the tables and fewer bots.  Playing against people is where the fun is.  I can play against bots in the single player.

I managed to figure out a few things about this Texas Heat business.  If you finish first at your table, you get 5% of your final chip count added to your bankroll.  I finished up a game with 2.2 mill and after the hot pot bonus and all that crap I got 132k added to my bankroll.  Last time I played TX Heat I made a shitload of money but couldnt really figure out why I was the only one.  Bunny would make a little, someone else would make a little.  Its the final chip count that does it.  The last time we played texas heat I finished up a table w/ 1.8 mill.

For those that dont know: There are 3 different tables you can play Texas Heat at.  Single, double, or triple diamond.  Single diamond I believe you start with 500, doubles start at 25000 and triple diamond starts with 250000.  If you bust out at a table you get busted down to the next lower table.  If you play well at the lower tables the game will bump you up to the next higher table.  I fucked around a little and got busted down to double diamond a couple of times last night.  The first time I played 3 hands and got promoted back to triple diamond.  The second time it waited til I had accumulated a fucking gigantic chipstack before it promoted me back.  Still not sure how it figures what table you start at or what the conditions are to get promoted mid-game.

Epic hand of the night was 9-10 suited.  I'm like 'Alright, I'll call and see the flop'.  Boom. FLOPPED THREE NINES!!! Holy shit.  All in.  For some reason 2 or 3 of the bots call and get taken to the cleaners. 

The bots are by far one of the worst things about this game.  They go all in on some of the dumbest shit.  6-2 off suit and they're all in.  What the fuck is that about?

Full House Poker is well worth the MS points.  I just hope when the Spring season of TX heat is over they have some of the bugs ironed out.
