I listen to a lot more mellow stuff than these guys - Keane, Coldplay, instrumentals. Running around 20-30 miles a week, get in the groove, man.

My running playlist is mostly metal: Dethklok Black Cobra As I Lay Dying 3 Inches of Blood Lamb Of God In Flames Amon Amarth etc. I do like some occasional other stuff but it is really random like 80's rap, some hair/glam rock, and even some mellow stuff.

I can ONLY run to music. Seriously, if I forget my mp3 player or headphones, then I can't work out at lunch. It all depends on what pushes your buttons, but my running tunes are usually something hard rock/metal, electronic, or hip-hop. It has to be loud and/or have a driving beat. Some stuff off my most-recent running playlist: Power - Kanye West F*ck You - Cee Lo Monkey Business - Skid Row Pendulum - Slam Face to Face - Sevendust Whatever - Godsmack Hair of the Dog - Guns n' Roses (Nazareth cover) The Beautiful People - Marylin Manson Thunder Kiss '65 - White Zombie The Perfect Drug - Nine Inch Nails Sad But True - Metallica
