Shared on Sat, 04/14/2012 - 15:22We are open Saturdays because we want to catch a lot of the 'weekend warriors' of house remodeling. We are open from 8-5 which gives people ample time to get their asses out of bed and get in here.
Today, we are dead as hell. No phone calls, no walk-ins, nothing. It is now 4:17 pm and people JUST NOW decide to come in and shop.
Why does this piss me off?
Because this is the end of my fucking week and I would like for my weekend to get started ON TIME. Not catering to some self-absorbed, snotty people who have had all frigging day to come in here, and will damn well keep us here until after 5 because... you know... "we are here to serve them".

HA! It always works that way. I am sitting here at work myself. Hopefully, nothing screwed up happens but it is always Murphy's law.

Yeah, it sure is. I don't like Murphy that much, BTW ;)
