Let him eat cake...

So just to go one from a previous blog entry. 

My fiance has decided I get to have a grooms cake.  Something as I have stated I have no idea what was untiil we watched a show on teh Food Network.  She has since then made arrangements that I am having a grooms cake in the shape of a Xbox360.  I would image that it would have to be laying down, I don't think her friend (The cake maker) has the proper stuff to reinforce it so its standing upright.  It can't be all that hard to do it laying down.  I have asked that I have a set of controllers made up.  I have decided if I have my way, instead of cake, the controllers will be brownies with little candies where the buttons are.   I don't personally like cake all that much, but I think this will friggin rock.  I am very happy about it.

In other news I got my taxes done last week and whilst I don't think its appropriate to say how much I am getting back, the relief is flooding through my system as we speak.  I was afraid that since I made so much money this year, litterally 25K more than last year and it wasn't fully planned on, I thought i was going to owe good old uncle sam.  Well luckily we got the new house just at the right time to qualify as a deduction for the taxes paid.  I am getting enough back to be able to pay for the wedding we were planing and have enough left over to finsh my one should tattoo finally and get my surround sound system replaced for my 260.   My fiance did want to know if I wanted to get a new TV, go all HD and all that but I think its smarter to instead pay for the wedding and get the things we need for the house, namely new dressers and lil things like that.  

It's funny how ones priorities change when lifestyle changes occur.  Next year we will get the HD TV, for now I am just happy having the life I have.

I am going to wait awhile tonight before my next entry, I want to update on what's going on with our Intraclan Bloodsport matches but I don't want to appear as a BLOG whore up here with mine listed to many times.

And I don't want to run on here any more.
