I thought i was out of the woods with the Migraine, it went away last night.

But the tension is back, and my head hurts again.

I've found that Excedrin Extra Strength works well (not Excedrin Migraine). Taking a couple and quickly drinking a coke usually does the trick for me.

Try some Midol. It may be menstrual.

I'm sorry Baine I know how painfull those can be. I was on a medication for a while called Topomax and it worked great, just cost a lot if you don't have insurance.
