Not to continue to complain, but what the hell.

On a positive note,my tech did decide to stay on board with us.  That's a good news, considering its 16thousand dollars less than what she was offered.  What can I say, she has a excellent boss.  Also, we may be getting another tech from our flagship lab, she may transfer over, she heard we had a opening and she seems pretty interested which is good.

We had a architect come in a few months ago to look into renovating our office but since it cost 300K to do, we will be sticking with new paint and floors....oh well.

Oh and a nice touch, I have been to the orthopedic doc about my thumb, he did all kinds of manuevers with both my arms and came to the conclussion that I probably have severe carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist, mild to moderate in my left wrist and moderate to severe nerve compression in both elbows.  Seriously, the elbows??  It explains why my fingers go numb in certain instances, but jesus christ on a crescent wrence, my elbows.  Its some sort of tunnel syndrome, ocibital or something like that, he wrote it down but I can't read it.  So I get to have nerve conduction studies done on both arms.  That sounds like a great time to be had by all.

My Tin can office wall has failed, someone recycled it.  God damnit.

On a side note, I got my wife Wii fit for her birthday.  Nothing says I love you like, "you need to excercise"  Honest, it seemed like a good idea when I bought it, she said she wanted it for her birthday last year.

I had started getting the same kind of pain in my elbow. Is it your inner elbow between the main bone and the inner portion of your elbow? What helped me was icing it, and when sleeping at night, laying on my side and holding a pillow underneath my arm. Doing that, and trying not to put that arm in the same position at home has cured it. During the day, I would wear some kind of brace and had really good luck with a elbow brace that contained magnets of all things... Anyways, I hope this helps. As far as the carpal tunnel thing goes, you should be doing stretches for 5 minutes every hour, and have your work station evaluated on an ergonomic level.

Oddly enough, my elbows don't hurt at all. Apparently I just have some wierd nerve impingment that makes my pinky and ring fingers go completely numb. But thanks
