ohhh FFS

Since I couldn't catch a break if it was thrown at my skull...

I have now apparently pulled a muscle under my right shoulder blade.  Rendering my right arm pretty much a useless appendage (much like my skull).

Of course this makes performing Ultrasounds perfectly simple.  And of crouse I am now one week away from Vacation which means I can not possible call in or go home.

My life really is one rich oyster.

For a medical update on my Grandmother..

Nothing really new.  She is starting to become combtative and difficult to calm this week.  Completely understandable.  She goes from being fairly lucid to bouts of just crazy talk.

My sister said she looked at her on Monday and said "Lisa, I'm scared", which is just fucking heartbreaking and even typing it out on here has apparently caused my eyes to leak.  Baine don't cry, Baine's eyes leak.

And then there is the time immediately after where her stomach hurt and she became very indigent that she was in Labor..yep...my Grandmother thought she was giving birth.  She knew she was a old woman.  She yelled..."I'm 84 years old, I can't have another baby....I have had two, I don't want any more...", followed by the gemstone.."I've had a hysterectomy for god's sake"...

This caused some chuckles from those around.  Its not cruel, but if you don't take advantage of the small smiles you can get at times, you just spirl down.  This is how my family always has been.  It helps us through, like a defense mechanism.

Its a matter of time now, my sister is expecting her to go into a coma soon, I am mentally prepared for somethign worse to happen. 

At this time, though, the way she is fading, I am not ashamed or harbor any feelings of guilt when I say, I only hope it goes fast.  There is no coming back from where she is now.
