Another week has come and gone. Thank god. My usless blog recap begins...NOW

1)Monday, worked 9 hours. Wasn't all that bad since I knew I would be attending the Halo3 release festivities that night. Got to Gamestop at around 8pm....went in to make sure that my pre-order for the legendary edition was paid off and all set. They had pulled out all the stops at this shop for tonights event. In other words they had a Hotdog cart...stocked with Buns, kethcup and Mustard...no onions, no relish...no soda....just hotdogs...for 3 bucks each. Fuck that shit yo!. They even had some kid in his car with the trunk open pumping out some JAMZ music station...I think the call letters were WSUK. There were only about 7 teens lined up so I went back to my car and played my zune through the speakers and watched Resident Evil Apocalypse. I love that movie, and I watched it during the 360 midnight release. Well, when the movie was done, I noticed the line was about 30 people long, so I went and sat down at the end of it. So from 10pm to midnight, I sat on the curb and listened to some music. Like I said, they pulled out all the stops, they had Trivia, and if you got ther question right...well my friend you were rewarded with a can of Mt. Dew Game fuel...yep...a whole can...whooo hooo.... They handed out raffel tickets to everyone with a receipt, and then they started the drawings...yep..they gave out Posters. Not just any posters, but posters to games such as Ace Combat 6, Mario Bros, Assassins creed, Knights a journey (yep the sega saturn game from back inthe day) and six others. Well, they only had about 40 of these so you can imagine they went pretty fast...only about 90 mins or so. I won a pack of them. Fuck yea...firestarting paper for my woodstove. Then at midnight the line started to move and they let 4 people in the store at a time. I picket up my Legendary edition and was promply heckled by the crowd for getting it as I left the store, as they did with everyone. Unlike the others, I have a big mouth and don't put up with shit so I returned fire with "sorry I have a good job and can afford dumb things" and "what you think I would sit in line for something that only cost 60 dollars?" no offense to those of you that did get it, but you guys are 18 year old punks that I had to sit next to and smell their cigarette smoke all night.

2)Tuesday...got home with my Halo3 and promptly opened up the packing and went through what was in there. I was happy about the size of the helmet, it was alot bigger than I though and looked good. I was sad that I didn't get the book that came with the collectors edition, but the DVD extra's are pretty cool. I then promptly pass out and got up at 6am when my wife got up for work. She was cool with me taking the day off to play the game. Sadly I could only play for about 3 hours before my eyeballs felt like they were going to rupture. For some reason, Halo3 gives me a headache when I play it. But for once, I have a game that this will not stop me from playing. Also took everyone out for dinner that night and picked up the kid from school early so he could come home and get his homework done early.

3)Wednesday...I stayed home till noon to try and finish the game...didn't make it. But I got close, went to work, got some administrative stuff done and then went back home. Then finished the game. I really like the whole game. I won't bore anyone with my "review"...if it stunk I'd say so, but my opinion shouldn't be added to the friggin thousands out there already.

4)Thursday..back to work. Sometimes I hate this place. Being in charge is fine, but when you are constantly asked questions that the person asking shoudl know already....and that you have answered a hundred times gets old...fast. That and being told you have a phonecall, but the people telling you didn't bother to ask what it was reguarding is a pet peeve of mine. FFS, I don't get alot of "good" phone calls at this place, so being forwarned about the potention content helps me out by getting in the right frame of mind. Sadly, half of these friggin calls weren't for me in the first place. DAmn it. Also it was payday, which is always nice.

5)Friday. Another day at work. And its date night. Everyone couple weeks we try to get out and go to dinner at least, just the two of us. We went to one of our favorite places Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse. We both got Filet Mignon and Baked potatos. Oh man, I was stuffed. Its a busy place, we waited 50mins to get in, even though we made reservations for 8pm...but its worth it. Its one of those few places where I will eat EVERYTHING that is on my plate.

6)Now its Saturday. I'm at work. I am on call, which means I can stay home till they call me in. But I have alot of stuff I have to get done, payroll. Making sure reports from the week are done. So I just came in at 9am and started at it. I am almost done, when I get all the paperwork done, I can get up and make sure the lab is ready to roll Monday morning. I hope to get some game time in tonight.

Oh, and one final thing...my obligatory Emo thing.

Delmonico's is a pretty good happening place. Everytime I've been there (all three) its been packed. We've been trying take out from a bunch a places. Most of the good place seem to be down there, Wolf Rd, etc.

Kittens are so cute. I'd like to fill up a hot-tub full of kittens (instead of filling it up with water) and then soak in the kitty love.

Only if the kittens were blended. What do you get when you have an emo up to his neck in cement? Not enough cement.

DarthClem- What would you do, when the kittens get frisky and start to play with your balls?
