So I got FEAR 2 from gamefly yesterday and like a child at Xmas, I greedily unwrapped it and threw it into the 360 to play it as soon as possible.

Awesome looking game, graphics and AI are everything I loved with the first FEAR title, but it has somethign else very similar to the first FEAR.

It gives me such a headache after 5mins that I become almost physically ill, and I am sure if I kept playing it, I would vomit.

I have bad motion sickness issues, I can't be in a car unless I am the one driving, can't go on rides like when I was younger, that sort of thing.

The original FEAR had options for the video, one of them was the GAMMA saturation level and the other toggled on and off the bounce in the camera when you are in motion,  Sadly this sequal does not include these options and the game for me personally is almost unplayable.  Which really makes me unhappy at present because it really is something I can see myself really loving.  Tonight I will try drinking and perhaps something else and see if that helps me with my symptoms.  I've tried motion sickness medicine in the past, and the excellent thing is that I still get the headache, and for the entire next day my equilibrium is in worse shape than my spelling.

As far as FEAR 2 goes, it looks beautiful.  The graphics are really very very good.  The enemy AI is superb, I killed myself a few times by cooking a grenade to long and when I went back through a again, the AI took different approaches depending on what I did differenty, as well as the regular chaos factor they throw in for you.

Weapons are awesome, the slo-mo thing is nice, and the story line so far is excellent.

The spooky factor is 10fold better than the original FEAR, much creepier scenary and sound track.

I give it 5 spooky ghost children out of 5.

I've had the same problem. I've never played a FPS game that has made me sick (except for maybe the XBLA version of Marathon), but that fucking head bob kills me. I can play FEAR 2 for maybe 30 minutes tops at a time.

I'm curious to try this game out.. BUT completely a chicken ass, thinking I will be scared to be home alone after playing it. I'm wondering what kind of movement goes on for you to get motion sickness though. I get an uneasy feeling playing games when there is a lot of up and down movement on the screen. I nearly passed out from playing Super Mario Galaxy I was so nauseous.
