I dare anyone (God, I know that's a mistake) to challenge the simple fact that A Christmas Story is one, if not the, single best movies for this time of the year. 

But, there is something that can make it even better - set a montage of the film to some increadible musice from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra - "Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24".  Enjoy!

Mine, tie Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever and White Christmas A Christmas Story is just way over played for my enjoyment.

I agree - that is pretty much my fav movie for this time of year. I watched it last year, and was still great after all this time! This year I should catch Scrooged... it's been way too long since I last seen that!

Ha ha A Christmas Story is a great classic. It is tough to choose just one. Christmas Vacation and Scrooged are right up there. I can watch all 3 of those movies over and over again and not get tiered. It doesn't quite feel like the holidays until I see those movies on TV.
