Finished Pencils Lady Spartan!

Missed last week, sorry about that people. Lots of colds and viruses attacked the Bat cave last week. Son has pink eye in both eyes, daughter has double ear infection and is still on antibiotics that are making her throw up, Bat-woman has a cold and me, I finished my antibiotics for a upper respiratory infection and now I only have a soar throat that when I swallow feels like some one is shoving a porcupine down my throat! :!: Everyone told me how difficult having kids would be. None of them were even close! :lol: Actually everything is fine during the summer. Its when you send them off to school or as I like to call it, the human cesspool, bacterial and viral experimentation laboratory. Some times its so out of control Im convinced that the Government is using schools to test out our newest germ warfare agents!!! Anyway enough venting. :D

These are the finished pencils for my take on a female Spartan. I had posted the rough on this piece a few weeks back, wk 14 I believe. Im trying to finish this and make it a contribution to the Fight Like A Girl Halo Tournament fundraiser for breast cancer that was recently held by the Cave girls forums. They held a Halo tournament to raise funds for the Susan G. Komen organization back on the 20th. I couldn't play in the tournament as we were out of town, but I wanted to participate some how. So Im going to paint this up in a Pink color scheme and either auction it and donate the winnings or give it to them to use to promote next years tournament. You can read more about this years event here. A number of 2o2p members participated, big shout out and major props to them!!! The event raised $1000 last year and looked like they would come close to repeating that this year. Then some of us posted about it here at 2o2p and soon after they had to double the entry spots for the tournament and they raised over $4000!!! Way ta go 2o2p!!!!!! :D Ok enough blabering, here she is. Any helpful crits or comments would be appreciated. One thing i plan on fixing is the ribbon on her rifle muzzle. Its meant to look like the ribbon symbol for the breast cancer awareness campaign but its not looking right on the gun. It needs to wrap more realistically. I think people will get it since it will be pink . :-)
