A couple quick recommendations this morning. In order to avoid becoming a fat slug since i sit in front of a monitor all day i run on a treadmill every morning. So I watch movies. Two recent flicks that helped me ignore the pain my 46 year old body experiences when i slam it against the figurative wall, are American Gangster and WANTED. The later being based on a famous comic book of the same name and the former being based on the real life story of  Harlem Mob Boss Frank Lucas and the Cop that brought him down. Both are good flicks and worth the rental. Wanted is more superficial and fantasy. Its not at all like the book. But with the exception of the "loom of fate" the changes didn't bother me. American Gangster is a classic. Im surprised it didn't win more awards and notoriety. Great film, awesome story and incredible performances by the whole cast. Its long, but well worth the expense of valuable time to watch it. Un like the hour I loose every week, which regretfully will never get back,  watching the train wreck that has become the TV show HEROES!!! WTF!!! Man its truly a mystery how you can take what was perhaps one of the best and most original shows of all time and grind it into a huge piece of trash in 2 seasons.  A fucking waste! Battlestar on the other hand has been almost as good as sex...almost I said.. :twisted: And wouldn't it figure that it only has 3 more episodes till its done forever. AARRGGHH!!
