The recipe is 1LB triple meat (ground beef, veal, and pork) 2-3 cloves garlic, 10 shakes worsterchire, italian seasoning, 1 egg, bread crumbs and montreal steak spice. So i decide to make them my self, no biggie, I can cook, but, like most things I do I have to make it complicated and grand. I went to cosco for my supplies. You cant buy just 1 pound of the triple meats, so i had to get about 3lb of each kind of meat, the recipe is now 9 times as big. I had to use a huge Turkey roster to mix the meat and all the ingredients, I was up to my elbows in raw ground meat! I baked one batch in the oven, and the rest I did in fry pans, I had three on the go that I had to fill three times each. and then I had to try to fit them all in with the sauce so they could cook for a couple of hours, both my huge soup pots were bubbling over with sauce, the house smells like an Italian restaurant, and I cant get the smell of garlic out of my hands. oh and they were not ready in time for dinner, so I have to wait a day to even enjoy all that hard work. I hope they turn out half as good as my wifes!
