Shared on Wed, 02/27/2008 - 11:58According to the FedEx web site - my refurbed 360 is only a few miles away! I'm a nerd - I've been tracking int on the FedEx web site. Is it really so bad that I haven't played in a while? Well, yeah. I play 6 days a week (sometimes 7) and to just stop is tragic. I went so far as to buy a used system from gamestop, but their ridiculous return policy only let me use it for 5 days.
Here's the facts - just a reference for anyone else who goes through this
Called MS support 2/3
Received coffin 2/13 (!)
Sent UPS free on 2/14
It appears they processed it around 2/18
When I called 2/22 - Max stated it was sent and should be here in 5 days.
Got the tracking number from MS and watched it's progress on FedEx.com
Should be here today.
Total Time 24 days. I think that's a fair amount of time. though 10 days for the coffin seems a bit extreme.
