Here's a great interactive graph from the New York Times studying whether it is better to buy or rent. In the short term, it's better to rent, but after a few years it can be better to buy...

uh - duh, I'm sure everyone knew that - but the GRAPH EXPLAINS WHY!!!!

I definitely like the forum linking Brad. A lot of us don't blog very often & this gives the clan members a chance to read up on their co-WESTies.. nice!
