Contra Costa Times (California)

This happened in my town.  Weird story - a home invasion robbery and the first thing the news reports is "substantial drug activity" in the house - if you can see where there was substantial drug activity, please let me know.

Remember, this is California, and as far as we know, Prop 215 allows for the cultivation of personal use pot for medical purposes.  I  know a lot of people could go either way on that issue.  Personally, I don't use pot, but maybe it is good for pain management and appetite.

It just bugs me that - when the original story was written, the report seemed more focused on what was happening in the house, rather than the actual crime that occurred.
