All I know is that they had that guy on the ground on his stomach. What he had done up to that point doesn't matter, because they had him contained. They should've cuffed him... It doesn't matter if he was cussing them out resisting arrest, or what have you. The fact of the matter is they had him on his stomach with 3 cops on him. THREE.
