If you haven't heard yet - you will.

 

Basically, a 22 yr old male was shot point blank by BART (subway) Police.  This video was just released.  At first - it was like, yeah, right - cops don't shoot for no reason, right?

Unbelievable, I hope that cop gets life in prison for that. That was totally uncalled for.

Yeah because people don't jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts, Right? Dont Assume Buzz, that you know what happened there.

All I know is that they had that guy on the ground on his stomach. What he had done up to that point doesn't matter, because they had him contained. They should've cuffed him... It doesn't matter if he was cussing them out resisting arrest, or what have you. The fact of the matter is they had him on his stomach with 3 cops on him. THREE.
