Shared on Wed, 11/07/2007 - 08:24I learned a valuable lesson (re-learned really) today. I was joking around with some co-workers yesterday about how I may have to call in sick today to stay home and play CoD4 and, as I should have expected, I woke up this morning feeling like crap. However, because I made my bed, I have to lie in it, so I am at work anyway. The ironic thing is that I actually feel bad enough that I doubt I would have played much CoD4 even if I had stayed home.
That said, I really love this game. I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough people in my clan that decided to get it (Orange Box anyone?) to allow me to play with the people that I most enjoy playing with, but last night, of the people on my FL that were on XBL, about 90% were playing CoD4 (there was one though that was playing Lego Star Wars - sad really - j/k unnamed person). Some were playing the SP, but a lot were playing the MP. Enough, in fact, that I still haven't even started the SP game (I will get to that during times when there aren't enough people for MP). I loved it. Thanks to all that I had the privilege to play with last night.
