In a strange story, a box of medical records that was lost in-transit by UPS ended up being sold as scrap paper.

Kind of weird and definitely not the norm, but still a little worrisome.

The amount of paper generated by my practice daily is staggering and it all goes to the shred company.

Well, sleep well, folks.

Ack! Aren't you supposed to be seeing patients at this time of the morning? j/k. Kinda scarey, that.

I just give patients a copy of the PDR and they pick out their treatments. (I surf the web between patients when I'm slow).
