Tiger 07

As much as I wanted to get Tiger 08 - mainly for the three click mechanic - I had to have one of those concession moments with my wife who doesn't like the fact that new release games cost $59.99. So I got Tiger 07 which was $30.00 less.

I haven't had a golf game since Links LS on the PC, so I really needed some form of golf game. I'm kind of wishing I had demanded I be able to get Tiger 08. Going from playing Links LS which used a three click method to not playing to playing a swing stick game is really messing me up. It's a good game, don't get me wrong, and it'll satiate my need for virtual golf well enough.. but I'm having one hell of a time mastering the swing mechanic.

I might just bust out the old CC and get TW08 anyway. I dunno yet.

In other news, after much shopping around, I finally got a replacement wedding band. 6/4 Grade Titanium, of course, and nothing fancy. Is it just me, or does Titanium rings size about a quarter size bigger than its traditional gold/white gold counterparts? I have long, narrow fingers and I wear a size 7 ring, mainly because it needs to be a 7 to go over the knuckle. But this ring fits over the knuckle and is constantly sliding about halfway up my finger. I'm wondering if I should return it and exchange it for the size 6.5.
