Shared on Fri, 05/11/2007 - 08:22I love coffee. I pride myself on knowing the difference between an Kenya blend and a Guatemala. I must have at least 2 cups of joe each morning to kick start my day and have been drinking it black since I was 15. I prefer fresh ground coffee to out of the can and the stronger the better. So this said, I used to feel like I was in the know in the coffee realm, well I'm not as savy as I thought.
You ever been to a vineyard and participated in a wine tasting? Swirled the wind around in the glass, swished it and gargled it, making obnoxious sounds? Well super coffee connoisseurs do it too! Yep and the ordeal is called cupping. Check it out.

I think I'll stick to my simple ways of enjoying it from my mug thanks anyway.
On a lighter note, If vegetarians eat vegetables, what do humanitarians eat?
