Which is always good. The failed to keep to the itinary that we laid out. And my and the WIFE did for to much running around for our special day. But like I said, it didn't ruin the day.
The Friday night before was a success. unfornately the online guests didn't work as well as expected, although my two friends had a good time earlier on with HIPPY, until Dylan started getting competitive that is : ). I think it was a case of them not having enough experience to compete with the guys, even on a small screen.
It did suprise me how much of an impact it has when you';ve got four on one screen. Oh well, it makes the upcoming 2o2pUK LAN even more exciting!!!
And so I finally come to the biggy. I am the proud owner of a 360! yeah! I got it from Argos with my nector points chipping in a bit. £297.97 with extra WL Pad and PGR 3. I decided to get an £8 battery charger that came with 4 batterys rather than going for a microsoft product since I'm still a bit tight on the old money front.
I'm hoping to get one more game shortly, but my main priority is making sure I can get Pro Evolution Soccer 6 when that arrives some time in October. I missed out on PES5 on the xbox, so I've still not sampled the delights of Live football.
I've started on PGR3 and HEXIC (which I'm finding very enjoyable). Unfortunatley I'm not quite as good at Racing games as I once was. I've only played Burnout and a bit of PGR2 since the early Gran Turismo 3 days. I had to drop down to easy level this morning to get a few races done.
over and out.
