Have you ever experienced this?

Does it ever feel like everyone in your office has completely forgotten how to do everything you've asked them to do?

This morning I have gotten 20+ emails asking me to change or order something that i am not nor ever have been involved in.  IN FACT!  Many of these people that are asking these requests are people who taught ME how to do them in the first place and explained that they had to come from their office!!  

And these aren't 'how do i' type of requests.  These are "hey I need you to do this thing."  and I reply "I can't, that needs to come from you.  Remember, that's what we needed to do last week when I forwarded you that email?  We also had to it that way a couple of weeks before...remeber when I asked you, and you said it needed to come from your office?"  "oh right  right, thanks."    

From like 15 people...WTF?!  I feel like I'm in a M. Night Shyamalan movie and me and the dude next to me (who is experiencing the same exact thing today) need to get out of town before the cubical monster throws a twist at us and decides to have babies with our chairs.
