Fáilte go dtí mó chéad bhlag i nGaeilge.  Táim ag déanamh dioplóma part-aimseartha faoi láthair agus bíonn orm í a chleachtadh chomh minic agus is feidir. Ar dtús caithfidh mé a rá tá brón orm as mó chuid Gaeilge ach níl ach foghlaimeoir mé agus mar gheall beidh a lán botúin sa sliocht seo táim cínnte.  Ní tuigfidh éinne cad atá i gceist agam ar aon nós, so is cuma!
Bhuel cad bhí déanta agam an seachtain seo chaite?  Thosaigh mé ag imirt Gears 2. Tá timpeall ar trí nó ceithre leibhéil críochnaithe agam.  Cosúil le Gears 1 is cluiche an-mhímhisniú é agus tar éis tamaillín tháinig mé ar ais ag imirt BF1943 arís. Táim fós ar leibhéal 48 ach i gcomparáid le Gears is cluiche spraoiúl, éadrom é. Tá sé i bhfad níos fearr cluiche mar seo a imirt tar éis lá fada ag déanamh oibre.
Chuir mé mó US PS2 le chéile freisin agus chaith mé 10 nóiméad ag imirt Xenosaga 3. Tá an iomhá go hainnis ar mó HDTV nua. Níl mé cínnte an mbeidh mé in ann é a chríochnú ar an teilifís seo. Bainfidh mé triail as arís i rith an deireadh seachtaine.
Bhuail sin deireadh mó chéad iarracht. Ná bí buartha, beidh mé ar ais i gceann seachtaine i mBéarla arís,
Slán!

TRANSLATION : Welcome to my first blog in Irish. I'm doing part-time diploma and currently I have to practice it as often as possible. At first I must say I'm Sorry for my Irish but I am a learner and not only because many errors will in this passage I am sure. Anyone tuigfidh not what I intended anyway, so no matter! So what I had done the past week? I started playing Gears 2. There are around three or four levels I finished. Like the game Gears 1 most-mhímhisniú it and after I came back while playing BF1943 again. I'm still on level 48 but compared to most game Gears spraoiúl, is mild. It is much better to play a game like this after a long day at work do. The largest U.S. PS2 I also met and I spent 10 minutes playing Xenosaga 3. The image that is more hainnis new HDTV. I'm not sure I will able to complete this on TV. I will try again during the weekend. That met the end of my first attempt. Do not worry, I will return in one week in English again, Bye!

Not bad. What suíomh aistriúchán did you use? For the record: tuigfidh= will not understand mímhisniú= depressing spraoiúl= fun hainnis=awful
