So I have a bunch of stuff to blog about and it is all super cute, because it involves my daughter.
She is learning to identify objects and has red apples down (she is super smart and thankfully takes after her Momma). I wanted to text grandma a video of her doing this cause it is a good developmental step and because of her sweet celebration dance at the end it had to be shared here. It looks familiar to what Daddy does while playing halo.
We bought her this sweet toy from ToyRus that is a “learning kitchen” and let me tell you how impressed I am by ToysRus on this toy.
This screen shot is from their website.
Check the fine print in the picture. Manufacturers recommended age is 6-24 months. Then the description is that there is a safety hazard and it is not for children under 3 years old. So basically the manufacturer recommends that you let your child choke to death.
So my daughter Ella turned 1 year old on January 6th. There was much fun and eating of cake.
It took her a while to figure out the chocolate cake was to be eaten, but once she did she really enjoyed herself.
I told her part of any party is learning to know when you have reached your limit and knowing to stop,
it is her first party and she apparently could not identify her personal limitation.
