Updates

Immediate family is doing really well, it is awesome having my wife home full time now that we have two kiddos. It sucks not having any extra money, but all things in perspective we have more than we need, and I have Halo Reach so I am pretty well set. One of our friends is a photographer and gives us a free photo-shoot each time both of our girls were born. So here are a few of my favs.

Halo Reach MML

Anytime you deal with people, there is drama. Rise above it. Make it what you want it to be. I hope my team is competitive and that they have fun, but I am not going to be the jerk who tries to win at all costs. If the other team only has 3 we are going to play 3v3. If all 5 of us are on and able to play we are rotating in and out to get everyone games. Props to Caesar for all his work and for dropping his best player to another team to make sure the league stays balanced. It has been a lot of fun so far and I am getting to play with Tigerb0tnate Thom92 and Rowan. All of whom I have never really played with before. Tigerb0tnate is a clutch player. With his help one game we came back from a 47-49 deficit to win with him landing the winning snipe. My heart was beating out of my chest that game. Thom92 seems to think he is still learning to play halo, when he really is better than most, he also is one of those selfless people who volunteers to sit every other game. I have much respect for that type of attitude. Rowan (atomic punk) I have only got to get a couple games with, but his game is solid. He fell right into the team set up (that we threw together during the second match), but his numbers were always tight. Kevtek is on our team too, but he is pretty well known already for being a solid player with a dangerously consistent shot. So we have a solid team for the MML and once I get some strats together I think we will be tearing it up.

For the praying people.

My wife's sister is really close to us. When my wife had our oldest daughter, her sister was pregnant to, but lost the child mid-term. We just had our second daughter and her sister is 8 months pregnant and just got put on bed rest because of complications. My wife is going there to help, comfort, and distract her from all the worries. Pray for a healthy baby and for my wife's sister.
