Hospital's Wellness Fair and Wii

JUST back from the Wellness fair.

And...

THE P90X WORKS!!!!  IT F'N WORKS!!!!!!!!

I have 19% body fat.  Low cholesterol.  Low BP.  I am labeled...Atheletic.   Fuck me running Hellz to the Yah...etc...

They also had a Wii...now, I have never tried the balance board before, so this was a one shot deal.  Some penguin game involving catching fish.  There, in my scrubs and croc shoes....I landed 4th place overall for the hospital. 

Terrible for a gamer.  A God in their eyes.  Eh.  I quickly ran over to general xray and challenged my 24yr old friend (who I will be recruiting in 2010) to beat my score.  He plays Xbox when his girlfriend allows.  Good kid.

Now, with pedometer on, calorie counting, I continue on my day.
