COULOW
Shared on Tue, 04/21/2009 - 09:44SO, haven't heard much whether big boss Director talked to my Gender Discriminating Supervisor or not. What I do know is, I called Human Resources on Friday, and found that he did not put me in as an applicant for the night shift position. He just posted it to the outside world immediately.
Took care of that. Pfft.
Called the Director Friday. Left a message that I need to speak with him.
Monday comes...apparently I had made some grevious mistake back on the 13th and received a verbal warning! HA! Which I signed, and like the velvet assassin, never lost my temper. He did go red in the face. Odd how he's finding all these mistakes I've made all of a sudden, eh? Mistakes made almost 2 weeks ago. Also never mentioning his apologies for the statements made, by the way.
An email was sent Monday to the Director again asking to speak with him. 10-15 mins of his time, nothing more.
It's now Tuesday, I shall again try to contact the Director, and if no go (or he's out of office), my (fingers crossed) lunch, which I didn't get one yesterday, will be spent in Human Resources. I got my first break all day at 1630. I clocked into work at 828 am. I literally walked out claiming I needed to use the bathroom JUST so I could NOT be in that damn scan room.
I'm fighting this. I refuse to be another victim to this dick Supervisor. My male coworkers and post menapausal coworkers can bend over and take it; be happy to have employment, but I refuse. This is NOT right, and things don't change unless you do something about it.
No one will stand up for you but you.
