There's no surprise...I lose.

I was outsourced.

Our Per Diem MRI Technologist, full time at Desert Ridge, was given the night shift position.  The 41 yr old man has 13 yrs experience, a bachelor's degree, CT and MRI certification.  He has not touched a CT scanner in 3 years, nor ever used Siemens.  We use a 64 and 128 slice Siemens.

So.  He's more qualified than 7 years Radiology, 5 dedicated CT, professionally trained in Cardiac and Siemens, hired 8/2007 full time Coulow.

I'm still taking my registry after my birthday in 2 weeks, so that I won't need CEU's until 2012.  I'm already enrolled on an online university for a bachelor's in business administration pending graduation 2011. 

There are no jobs in Arizona.   I'm basically stuck taking it up the ass daily until SOMETHING opens up, but until then, I'm just another bitch minon.  Really sucks, you know?  I've run out of energy thinking about what I can do but apply over and over and over again at other facilities.

So.  You can definately know that I find Catholic Healthcare West to be a corrupt orginization with an inept MRI/CT Supervisor. 

That's my 2 cents and I'm stickin to it.
