well, if you have more than 640k memory, you'll have more than you'll ever need in a personal computer ;-)
Run multiple vm's, just for the fun of it - try out some linux distros. Participate in SETI@home.
Also, X-Plane 10 just came out - really tax the hell out of your system with some flight simulator goodness.
