Shared on Tue, 07/29/2008 - 09:55So this past weekend my wife went out of town for a training class for work, and her parents were nice enough to take the baby for the weekend. I settled in Friday night to try and join my clan in a drunken game of Bad Company.
In a series of events which I'm sure none of you with 360s need recapped, I ended up with the dreaded Red Ring of Death. So here I am 3 sheets to the wind and spending my night on the phone with some lady in India trying to set up a repair order. At some point she told me she was going to email me a prepaid shipping label, which I have yet to receive. I'm thinking she is just unfamiliar with the process, and I should be getting a coffin sometime in the next couple of days. I've never heard of them just sending out an email with a shipping label.
I'm wondering if I should call them back and verify the email or just wait a few more days for the coffin. If anyone knows a time I can call them and get someone from the states, please leave a comment.
